When I walked into The Eaves in Columbia Md, I was very impressed with how decorative and inviting the office look. I later found out that Kechelle was the one that took so much pride and creativity in the appearance. I was very surprised at how The Eaves looks out for the Handicap tenants. Being a handicap person myself, with two complete knee replacements and five knee surgeries, I looked forward to living here. The apartment was perfect. No stairs and the parking are perfect. I had a wonderful experience with the staff in the front office. Thirty years with a major airline and working with the school system has made me realize that customer service is the important beginning of a relationship. If I an issue or need to talk to any of the staff in the main office, I feel very comfortable doing so. The manager has a very important role to make sure things are taking care of professionally and in a timely manner. I am describing Chelsa Turner. She has a pleasant personality and looking out for the Tenants and the company is no small task. I was very impressed when they had to organize the parking to redo the pavement. It was blocked off and it was done and looked great. There is a lot of amenities here. Pool, great exercise room, Amazon, drop off package station to make sure we get our packages safely, and above all, I feel safe. It's quiet here. Sometimes you might hear some free entertainment coming from the Merriweather, but in all, it's very quiet and close to a lot stores, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. When I had a problem with my front door, Kechelle made sure it was taken care of within a quick time frame. She is very friendly and have a beautiful spirit. The whole staff is wonderful and very professional. I would also recommend The Eaves to anyone looking for a place to stay. Glad to be here!!!
