This is ridiculously unacceptable. I've made mistakes when submitting my application twice. Both times, Finally sitting waiting for my license to appear in the system. Unresponsive staff, but one person. No updates yet. Next step calling Hogans ofc.

I have called the office several times but to no avail. I have stayed on the phone for almost an hour on many times but no response. I dont even know why a certificate that I have worked for has to be renewed every year? Can somebody tell me why? Is it because of the money? It doesn't make sense to me.

I agree with you Kim Morgan. Everyone whom is having issues with the MBON SHOULD CALL HOGANS OFFICE!!! I've been put on hold for over a hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone just have a question or two answered! NO REPSONES! They have my paperwork including my money that had been submitted, I'm still waiting on a response. Wait to have it appear on MBON system. This is are career!

I have called the office multiple times and the phone keeps ringing then an automated message comes on and nobody answers. I lost three jobs because I can't get my GNA renew. So what's up with them. I went to the office and it was opened but the security told me they were not opened to come back Monday 25th 2020. I am hoping that they are in the office ready to serve the public.
