Morning Good
Aug 2022: NO AC DURING THE SUMMER, THE AC BREAK DAILY! MGMT knew the chiller was bad and refused to replace it but put money into making the building look “nice”. The residents are suffering (elderly, babies, animals, RENT PAYING RESIDENTS). MGMT does nothing but gives bandaid responses…no fans, no hotel vouchers, no credits for utilities. Hell on earth, it’s 90 degrees plus. THE AC IS TICKING TIME BOMB, WORKS FOR 20 MINUTES A DAY AND THEN BREAKS FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK. I have to stay with relatives bc I don’t have AC. Yet rent is due on the first and I have to pay that on time for a place I’m not even using.

This apartment was the only place that didn't ghost me in the past 3 weeks of hunting. Jemal's been an excellent point of contact when it comes to getting things moving, and getting the lease signed was a lot smoother than expected. EDIT: Okay living here has been a whole other debacle. AC's busted during Summer, huge leak happened over the weekend leading so some moldy smelling carpet, and the hot water randomly decides to stop working when it wants to (not the best combination when they turn on the heating so late). I'd say avoid this place unless you were desperate like me. Leaving 2 stars because Jemal + repair crew + concierge are nice people.

It’s wack in this building AC been down for awhile the Maintence men in the building rarely do nothing or do there job right in this building period ! Mice running around the inspectors don’t do there job .. right ! Ughh it’s not worth paying 1,400 in here with all these problems it might look good but the problems that go in they need to renovate these stoves refrigerators and dishwashers

Between $150-175
Hello and thank you for your very important question. The difference is about 62 square feet between the two floor plans. Both Augusta floor plans are 650 square feet and the Auburn is 712 square feet. The other difference is the layout, There are subtle differences in the layout like the kitchen and bath are reversed.
There would be no way to determine this, people with different vouchers live in many places. I personally live there and its great building!
