The office staff as a whole sucks !!!!! Nina (Property Manager)asks as if she doesn’t understand my concerns . Lonnie the maintenance supervisor does not know what he’s doing they never really fix the problem just patched things up .The complex is mice infested . The laundry rooms are disgusting and floods every time it rains . If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The quality of living here does not equal the rent that they charge you!!! I ADVISE ANYONE who is thinking renting here DO NOT!! Go somewhere where it’s worth the money!!

You probably will not get anyone either. Horrible place to move in. Stay away if you can. Emergency move yes. But if you can prevent it do so
I would say no. Some one I know applied with not the best credit and was denied

Not sure. But they're happy to take your money, lol! As long as you can pay the rent. They don't tolerate no foolishness.
