INDEED!!! I'm trying to call for my mother to check her recerts and have been on hold for A WHOLE HOUR!!!!!! LOL IS THERE NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO HANDLE THE CALLS??? Or are they just choosing not to COMMUNICATE AND HOPE WE JUST GO ONLINE!!!!!

You may be happy to know that when they do answer the phone and you ask a scientific question about why you must be re-fingerprinted, knowing fingerprints don't change, their answer is: It's a requirement. Ask about the reason and they say, "There is no rationale." Then when you request one, they hang up on you. If a nurse gave that quality of care, we'd lose our license.
