Thank you all for your feedback. As I was standing there waiting, another employee came in from either the bathrooms or outside, walked past me , went behind the counter and asked one of the two ladies working drive thru if she could leave to go pick up someone. If only someone would have said, we are sorry you are waiting, one more minute and I will get your order. But to not even look my way, well I left.
So the person didn't leave thier current job/post and didn't ask for another staff member to come to the front counter? I wouldn't expect that person to leave another customer but I would have anticipated the drive thru person to send a staff member to work the counter. Trivial but not a good service moment hopefully a teachable moment
I concur with JD and Clarence response. It is regrettable and your feedback will certainly provide them with what happened. I have frequent add this location many times and have never experienced an episode like that. I believe your input will make a difference and hopefully that will never happen again
