So I'm trying to figure out what is happening with chicken restaurants nowadays. So I I go to Popeye's Chicken because I couldn't get crispy chicken at KFC 2 days ago. I'm very pleased that they had crispy chicken except for legs not a problem but then I was informed that there would be a 10 minute wait on my order I just don't understand how at 7:00 in the evening on a Friday you run out of chicken I don't know maybe I'm asking too much.

In the last few months we have been missing one item at least so I let it go well this last time I was missing my biscuits I called and talk to the manager Rondale he was very kind very professional and he told me what did I order and I told him he said OK we will replace your mail for free come back when you’re in the area I said what might not be for a while he said that’s OK just come in and ask for me or come in and ask for Stacy. Well I went in and they told me they’re not going to give me that Rondale is no longer here and Stacy was busy working the window and they were not gonna give me a repeat replacement dinner as I was promised. They said it was a month later I said well that I talk to your manager he said come in when you’re in the area so I was in the area stop by and they refused to replace it I’m done with this Popeyes. And Stacy wouldn’t even acknowledge me it was the girl that they register I would’ve waited for Stacy to finish at the window. Not pleased with the service all the times I was missing something I never complain but this last time really made me upset.

They wouldn't give me mashed potatoes without gravy. I asked oh so you're out of mashed potatoes and she said no we're not, the manager just said we can't not put gravy on the mashed potatoes. Like it's easier to go without but okay. I'm sure they're premaking the food and maybe that's why but a couple customers here and there asking for no gravy shouldn't be a problem. Food was good though as always.
