Wilma I just got off the phone with the corp office. I've never been treated like that at any fast food place.
Report it to the manager, they've changed people I generally like this one, but I did notice a different crew.
The Churchs Chicken on South Garnett has the best chicken. It is always taste fresh, not hard and dry and the cole slaw is fresh and crispy. The Church's Chicken on Admiral is terrible! I'm disappointed every time I go, so I stopped going there. But at least this last time I went I did get a friendly lady at the drive- thru window for once, couldn't hardly see her though because window was so dirty.
It's hard to get help, the Brahm's that use to be down the street couldn 't keep help. I tried the Church's off Sheridan and it wasn't good either. But the employees were nice at both location's when I was there. Try Charlie's chicken, prices are good and so is the chicken. Good luck
I wasn't there that night but when I was they were very nice and have great service!!
I am thinking this franchise needs to be overhauled. The decor is so outdated, the food is hit and miss, there are only two female employees that are good.
They change people often
