They replaced my strawberry lemonade with regular lemonade without giving me my refund due to price difference. I purchased 4 KFC sauces but they were not in the bag when I picked up my order. I asked where are my sauces, and was told they're in the box but they were not there accept for the regular honey sauce and butter spread. Very disappointed

Super unprofessional! We were told in the drive thru that our wait would be 30 minutes due to 2 large orders in front of us (reasonable and understandable) but the guy sounded overwhelmed so I asked if he could tell me what was available now instead of the 8 piece bucket. He responded, "I don't know ma'am," and continued to rant about how backed up they were. I asked for his name and was told to come inside for him to provide "any information I would need." What we need is for the managers at this location to sharpen their training program, with the staff, on proper time management, stress management, and customer service. Obviously, Sunday at 1:00 would be a peak time for any family restaurant. It should be organized, planned for, and better executed so your staff doesn't feel the need to cope with their stress by venting to your customers. Since I wasn't offered an alternative (we would have bought anything) and was told to come inside for asking someone their name (in an attempt to calm him down), we just left. I would hate to be the owner of this location and just watch money roll away. I don't believe anyone invests in a business with the goal of losing money. Tighten up GM 😉

The gentleman working the drive through was incredibly rude. We simply said “hello” and he yelled back “ONE MOMENT” in the most hateful tone. I’ve been to this KFC multiple times and have never had this horrible caliber of customer service.

1800callkfc is the corporate number. I went there for lunch today on my break ordered my food got back to work late cause they slow as hell to find one of my breast old a leg that had hair in it called the store the manager sounded lost and bewildered she told me it was fresh and there was no way hair in my food. Come back with the food and receipt and the will replace it . They were closing in 20 min. They are so rude and lazy in there. There is only one women that works there and I don't even see her anymore. Useless
