I just came from the 21st and garnett location (755 pm). I was pretty mad when i got home to find 2 of the 3piece meal i ordered hard as rocks. The checken was so old i called but no answer.ill be calling corperate

1800callkfc is the corporate number. I went there for lunch today on my break ordered my food got back to work late cause they slow as hell to find one of my breast old a leg that had hair in it called the store the manager sounded lost and bewildered she told me it was fresh and there was no way hair in my food. Come back with the food and receipt and the will replace it . They were closing in 20 min. They are so rude and lazy in there. There is only one women that works there and I don't even see her anymore. Useless

Always out of something not very friendly act like they don't care if they sell any chicken or not

I would call the corporate office and complain so look up the corporate office it should be on the internet...

I would definitely call corporate. I had a similar problem, and I had taken a video and showed how gross and old it was. I had already put it on YouTube so corporate was quick to help.
