It really depends on the trail that you're taking but if you're coming from the visitor center taking the yellow trail its 1.2 miles there. If you are coming from the Park Central Road parking lot using the yellow Trail it's about 1.4 miles.

Roughly 1 mile...easy hike.
About a 20 min + or - easy hike. When we were there we saw lots of older folks there. The trail is wide and well travelled. I have COPD and made it just fine.
