This is from their website (I guess subject to change): Pet Policy: Cunningham Falls Campgrounds: Pets are allowed in Addison Run, Bear Branch and the Manor Area camping loops. Houck Area: Pets allowed on all trails. Pets allowed anywhere in the day-use area except for sandy portion of the beach and lake from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Manor Area: Pets are allowed in the day-use area and trails.

NO! Pets are not allowed in Cunningham Falls State Park. Everyone brings them, but they are technically not allowed and may not be left in the car. People generally do not want your pets there either. Please check the official catoctin mountain website for more information.
