There are signs saying no swimming nor travel off the trail. That rule was blatantly being broken during my visit.
I'm sure you can. But, most people I've seen just sit underneath the actual falls and enjoy the water pouring down from above.
The falls are not as spectacular as you think.it is recommended that all people stay out of the water for the health and safety of the forest and its ecosystem.
