Yes. There is a flat wooden ramp that takes you all the way back to the falls. There are 2 different viewing points on the ramp. This entry is off Rt 77 which includes handicap parking. I've taken wheelchairs back this ramp of different kinds, no problem.
No. There are a lot of stairs and it is pretty rocky
They have handicap parking off rt 77 but i dont think yer gettin a wheelchair to the falls. Guess it depend on exactly what kind of handicap were talkin.
