The salary must be earned with dignity. So many people who consult and nobody nobody answers. Shut down the fictitious phone service, as no one answers. It is assumed that the attention is from 2 to 3pm and the recorder indicates that they call from 3pm ... it does not make sense, since during business hours they do not answer less after that time (3pm).
