It is best to have 35 or higher. Make detailed notes that makes sense, the faster you get done at typing the better you are at moving onto the next call.
Yeah that's pretty much set in stone. If you can not type at least 35 WPM you will have GREAT difficulty taking notes while a caller is on the line
