I would give this salon a zero star for the Customer Service they have no one answers the phone for appointments or the website is working

Altamonte Springs location: I wasn't going to write a review, but after a similar situation happened to my husband I decided to say something. I scheduled an appointment last month to have a haircut. I show up to the salon only to find out that the stylist called out. OK, not a big deal, a heads up would have been nice since I drove to the salon - but I get it. It was strange that the salon sent a confirmation text every day leading up to the appointment.. but didn't have a system in place to let me know my appointment wasn't going to happen. Fast forward to today, my husband drove over for his appointment and the salon was closed. No lights on, door locked. He didn't receive a courtesy call, nothing. Who is running this business? We gave this place multiple chances, and it's a shame, but we will not be coming back. There is a total lack of regard for other people's time. I had gone to this place multiple times in the past but it's gone downhill. The name change did nothing for it. I hope you're able to turn it around.

Unprofessional not everyone but most the staff . They will hire anyone to cut your hair . I don’t think the stylist enjoy what they do . It is now called method salon. Do not book with Payton

I made an appointment for a partial foil. I was presented with a total package offer of things I didn't want done, and products that I had to purchase. The consultation took about a 1/2 hour and was told I would be there over 3 more hours. The consultant ran over to the computer, came back and told me it was going to be $400.00. I guess they renamed the place Method. I experienced a high pressure sales method and ended up walking out. Pretty much ruined my day.
