Kelly park is a 30 minute drive from there, be early if you want to get in. Wekiva Springs State park is closer and fees are responsible., But be early, both parks fillup fast on weekends and lock down untill somebody leaves
This is about 40-45 minutes north of the theme parks, so while I'm not entirely sure, I'd be willing to bet that they don't offer that service.
