helpful review - been working here for about a month i think or more 🤔🙈 i enjoy my job as far as the site , the site needs more local employees. , my training was great - hard work goes a long way here . ‘ if u give them 100% they give u 1000% ‘- or at least thats my what recruiter said. had to get a few accommodations set up and had a few IT bumps in the road on the sites part, but the nice people at the front and IT finally got everything all set up and moving. the site definitely needs work . im sure they have their hands full and last time i was in there they were improving takeaway: site needs work, warm environment, flow, customer service/desk people are great ! great “clients”/“projects” for a BPO, hire more local staff for site , definitely a company you can grow with. I cant wait to see how busy and large this site becomes, boosting the job market of central florida. robert

Thank God I didn't get the opportunity to work for a company with such a horrible CS rep. I applied couple of days ago and today I received an email with a phone number so I could call to schedule an interview. I immediately call and was assisted by "ELI" with HORRIBLE customer service. I explained to her the information that I received, she asked for my email and before I got to finish she said "NO, we are not hiring" and disconnected the call. I tried calling back again multiple times and she kept disconnecting the call once she heard my voice. For like the 4th time she picked up the call and with the WORST attitude re introduced herself again and I asked if there's someone else I could talk to? or a manager cause I clearly received this email and txt message. She said "As you can see there is no one else here" I said ok and let her know I was going to write this horrible experience.
