Outstanding experience at the Altamonte mall. I was not inclined to even go in originally because of the poor service and selection at the store by Millennia mall but so glad I did. I’m Only a bridesmaid but got bride-like treatment. Thank you Mariah and Ana for ***** star customer service!

Having an appointment helps so you get your own personal assistant however they do accept walk ins and are just as helpful

It is recommended to make an appointment because a stylist gets to work with you for an hour and a half if you are the bride, and and hour if you are the bridesmaid, to make sure you find what you are looking for. But walk ins are welcomed if they are not busy.
Not likely. Usually homecoming or prom is a no refund. They give you store credit. I would call first.
