It would depend if it was just the bulb that was burnt out or a wiring problem. The dealer may have to remove the turn signal lens assembly to replace it, or it could be a simple replacement. Check your owners manual for info on how to do that. Some are easy to do and some are hard. it depends on the vehicle.
Not sure have not had a turn signal light changed at the buick dealership.
