I wish that the contacting of the customer was consistent. I get various text notifications about the upcoming appointment, but no text when the work is completed. I had to make a 2nd trip back to the dealership because when the work was completed, they called the home line. Also about the text notifications, I received at least 5 over a 5 day period, along with making an online appointment and when I showed up, there was no record in the computer system.
