1) Go in and ask for an application during their visiting hours. Make sure you have a good amount of time (30 minutes at least, and up to an hour ), if you plan on filling out the application there. 2) Fill out the application 3) From there, there's an interview and a volunteer orientation Right now they don't have a Volunteer Coordinator ( Went to finish her education ), so it might be a bit different, but definitely do step one, and it'll work itself out. I don't know for sure if they require an interview. However, I have volunteerd many places and they almost all needed an interview and background check beforehand when dealing with any living person or animal

I would go and ask at the front desk. I've been there when others have requested an application, which seems to be standard practice nowadays. There's both the animal hospital and shelter so both might use volunteer help.
