Did anyone get a call from an area code of 816 and the guy on the other saying that I owe the IRS money and if I don't pay I will get arrested. Their scammers right??

Don't be worried. It's a scam! The IRS will be sending an actual letter notice to your mailing address with all detail needed. Just block the phone number and don't give them any information about your self.
