Do you know if I have to wait for the court to issue a clear title transfer? I believe I have to go back in May with an appraisal report. Or can I just take the forms stating I was appointed personal representative? Sorry for all the questions.

As long as you have an Affidavit of property transfer or affidavit of succession and make sure its certified by the court with the raised seal you should be able to record it now. But definitely seek legal advice just to be 100% sure. I'm like 80% sure here.
