Your best bet to get a copy of your deed is to go on to the recorder's website. If you only need an unofficial copy, it is very easy to get. If you need an official one, I believe you can request it on the website as well, but you would need to pay for it. You can also walk into the office downtown and there is usually not a line.

Yes! If you'd like to record a document like a Deed, you can mail it to Maricopa County Recorder's Office, 111 S 3rd Ave, Ste 103, Phoenix, AZ 85003 with a check payable to Maricopa County Recorder. All documents (except Plats & Surveys are $30 to record. It may take 2 weeks to locate in the grantor/grantee web index, and 4 to 5 weeks to have your document returned by mail.

Friday the 17th is the last day to request a mail ballot. This is a partisan election - if you are registered PND/IND you will need to request a ballot for the DEM, GRN, LBT or REP party. You may visit request.maricopa.vote to do so, or give the office a call.
