Hello Jennifer. Wait times can vary location by location. We required scheduling an appointment for the location you would like to visit. Appointments are honored first.
It's best to make an appointment. Since COVID-19, I believe they went by appointment only. However, prior to the pandemic the wait was dependant on the list of previously booked appointments and walk-ins so the wait varies.
