I used to donate a few years ago and just restated. My original card had expired so I was issued a new card. You will be considered a new donor when you go in for the first time, but it was an easy process- they just had to update my info.

About 2 hours. First timers do get to bypass the line, so if there's a lot of people there you don't have to wait with them. But the first timer process takes about an hour, and then donation takes about an hour. Make sure you bring your ID, social security card, and proof of address.

You must weigh at least 105. I am not sure of the upper limit. The more you weigh, the more you get in your first month (150+ gets $50...under 150 gets $40) unless they've changed it. And each plasma center is different when it comes to bonuses too.

You would have to get cleared by your family dr and take a note in with you to csl plasma verifying your dr gave you clearance to donate. Hope this is helpful

Eventually youll get tired of the fact that they make $100's off of something they took from YOUR body and only give you $20. But if youre in dire straights like me, if you donate twice within a week, your second donation earns $40.
