Very unprofessional! Most of the caregivers who work for them have no idea what they are doing, no training which is a risk for the elderly. I was a previous employee and the family I was caring for loved me! & still do. I seen another review where someone put they “fire all the good and keep the bad ones.” I have witnessed FIRST HAND things being done in the homes, I have videos, & even went to court against one of the caregivers. If you want your loved ones to be safe & have everything they need please DO NOT go with this company. If anyone has any questions message me & I’ll gladly show you!

Now all these new caregivers are going in and it’s a husband and wife and the wife has fallen many times has been to the hospital now, missing med reminders being yelled at & mistreated due to the lack of training, back ground checks and a proper interview with people.

Very unprofessional. Offers no training and they literally hire anyone off the street to work here with no credentials. They are putting the elderly at risk every single day due to there poor habits.

Right at Home caregivers are highly trained and can handle tough situations and challenging clients. Many of our caregivers have special certifications and/or experience in different areas of the senior care continuum, but they all receive continuing education through Right at Home University to grow their skills through online coursework, webinars, and in-person group training.
