I used to like this place but now they are slow at everything and communication between York and Lebanon is lousy one tells me they have me listed as diabetic, I am not then I ask the other they no we don"t have that listed. Then you send message and they just ignore you because it is Friday and now you are out of your meds. I have no choice but to use this. I know the messages say it could take 3-days for a response but I have had many messages answered that day within hours. It is all weather you do your job and really care and go above and beyond not drag your feet and say aw they can wait to Monday.

Medical services are some of the best, personnel are friendly, courteous.

I called this afternoon to give the optometry Doc a positive review on my appointment this morning with the intern. When the clinic called back I was told that I was now allowed to rcv a call from the optometry doctor. Apparently the doc is too busy to rcv positive feedback from a Veteran. How sad. Too busy to talk to the most important patients in America? Saddd Best of luck to you! ✌🏻🙏🏻

The staff is always very friendly. I feel bad for them being so overwhelmed from all the people they see every day.

You need to take your 214 and awards letter to the York cboc and they will be able to help you and should be able to issue a VA card at that time, if you are qualified. Best to you.
Yes sir.
If you are in the VA Lebanon Pennsylvania Network (VA Clinic York is part of the VA Lebanon Network) there should be minimal issue. If you are in a different VA Network, they will try to help with what they can, but they won't have your medical records.
