The most unprofessional, disrespectful group of people and they shouldn’t be trusted. The “tech” came just looked at the fairly new equipment-4 years old- was very mean and nasty telling me everything need to be changed. So basically i stead of running test and correcting a simple scaling issue he want me to spend money get all new equipment for no good reason. When I called the office to complain he said he will come to do the work he should’ve done at the first visit. My card was charged double without my approval .

We called to have someone look at our motor. It was backwashing but not pumping. They came out and put new $700 motor on without our approval. We told them it did not need a new motor and they said the old one was definitely not working. We asked for old motor back and they gave us a old motor that was not ours. We have photo of our serial number. Called them and told them this and they never called back. I have used them for years, now using Neiderers.
