Yes and you can get that money off for free through the ATM's at Sheetz.

Yes, but much better to use for cash back at Giant or other stores instead of ATM cheaper too.

You can use card at Atm but there are fees. So as said already cheaper to buy some thing at a store and get cash back it atm at sheetz
