Yes, any of the available activities will require you to have your own equipment. Also, I can't quite remember what their rules are concerning age requirements / restrictions.
Yes. However TAP, HCP4 Parks Department, occasionally puts on archery lessons at this park and Carter park where they bring the equipment. The scheduling is posted here: https://www.hcp4.net/tap/events/
