This place keeps harassing me. Ryan is calling me every 2 weeks, wanting to charge over 10% in the MSRP price, telling people that all dealers have a “minimum adjustment” on the prices, which is not true because I went to 3 other dealerships and none of them are charging over MSRP. Their minimum adjustment is more than 10%. They are the only dealership that have a huge selections of Tahoes and are not being able to sell them because of that, and keep harassing customers and calling them for their overprice cars. Response: I do not need to contact anyone in the dealership, I need them to stop calling me as I made clear already in other occasions. I am not interested to do business with the most expensive dealership of Houston. Thank you. I recommend everyone to research in other places before doing any business with this dealership.

Edit: It's been 15 days, and I still haven't heard back from Whitney Babineaux or Forbes Durdin. No answer to emails or calls. I am owed over $2,500 worth of parts for a brand new car purchased 5 months ago... The most infuriating part about the situation, is that the Chevrolet website shows these parts in stock, so why are mine still missing? I was told Jeff Elkins and Priscilla Wood were the people I should contact about my situation but so far none of them have replied.
