Ghosts are not real, this question is stupid.
Hotel Henry operates within the Richardson Olmsted Campus in great respect for the former patients and their families who have history and memories of the former Buffalo State Hospital. The Richardson Olmsted Campus was designed as one of the first holistic hospitals in the country, using open spaces, natural light, fresh air, and a sense of community purpose to help patients in their recovery. Accustomed to the commanding, robust lines of the iconic towers, most guests and visitors are shocked to find vast, bright interior spaces filled with sunshine. Our team has experienced nothing but the calming, positive atmosphere inherent in the holistic design of the buildings.
Please read the owners response. As a patron who has experienced many events in the building, as well as staying in the beautiful rooms overnight, I couldnt agree more. If you belive in Spirits, I'm sure they are thrilled at the current use of the space. I only feel positive energy when I' m there.
There is a lot of negative residual energy from things that have happened in the past
Of Course it IS haunted! A lot of pain and death has happened within it's walls.
Thank I was just wondering as it is an old psych hospital and people have died there.
It's not. It is historical and beautiful though.
Only if it scares you.
The souls are there, yes. The energy is very heavy. You will feel it as soon as you enter, if you able to sense these things. The souls are oppressed there however. Something holds them down. Its creepy. I will never sleep there again... had horrible dreams. The rooms stink like too much bleach to cover moldy smells, the walls are all white. This place has been spiritually ransacked and feels awful. I would not go there again.
Been there a few times, nothing scary happened
