So Spring Creek Park does have a river/Creek running through the very back of it. But I think you would be hard pressed to catch anything in it. It's not monitored at all and heavely wooded where you will be fishing so no one will bother you if you wanna keep a fish or two.
If you are looking for fish that you can legally keep, I would go somewhere else. I've caught small bass and sunfish there. The creek is family narrow and shallow at this location.
