It depends on what's going on , ranges from free to $20 . If you have a child playing it's usually free .
I was there last weekend and the lot was $15.00 during the day (there were some things going on that day) and i paid 3 to go watch a HS game and if you have a kid playing it is free
At the rink it can be 20.00
You can find parking within a 5 min walk of the rink and it's only $10 for the day.
In my experiences if it's for an event at HarborCenter your parking is free or can be validated at rink.
