Normally love HARBORCENTER but the Buffalo Sabres Prospect Challenge was an absolute horrible experience! They over sold the event so people had to stand all around the rink and where we ended up standing was under the flags looking through foggy glass and could barely see the game! For all of the people they had in attendance they only had the one concession stand open (the main one) so we waited in a line that wrapped along the glass and back over to the stairs! Looked like a line to get on a roller coaster! We waited in line the whole second period and when the line moved and we got near the glass behind the net we were standing against the glass taking photos while in line and the nasty security guard came over to the line saying we couldn’t be standing at the glass and you can’t take pictures. I replied with “we are literally in line for food and we paid for the event we are 100% allowed to take photos!” She said if you’re in line for food you can’t stand against the glass you have to stand here (and pointed two feet away from the glass) and then said “and if I catch you taking pictures you’re going to be out of here” was a key bank center security guard in a grey suit who must get a power trip from having the slightest bit of authority!

Oversold exhibition hockey game with rows upon rows of empty "reserved" seats while 100+ people circle looking for seats. Greedy crooks sell as many tickets as they can with no regard for capacity or fan experience. Furthermore, they sent me an email before the game with an incorrect, late doors-open time, so I was late when I made a point to be early. Why even send that email at all? Sloppy, sloppy event planning and execution; you owe Sabres fans an apology.

There's a ramp and other parking nearby but if you wanna be safe try half hour to 15 minutes early
At this time they were not valet parking, but the ramp is connected and very accessible
Harborcenter is indoor. Canal Side is outdoor.
I'm not 100% sure but they have plenty of clean accommodations to choose from. They staff does an excellent job keeping things clean and fresh.
If you can't find it on the website, it may not be posted. I would call Harbour Center for more information.
We paid $3.00 the Saturday night we were there in November. It's more for Sabres games and concerts.
In parking garage attached to center. You may enter the garage from Washington or Perry.
Yes , thet have small lockers located near the restrooms in the lobby area
