You can have absolutely no tint legally on your front windows and a strip on the top of your windshield to the ASE line.
Color of car has nothing to do with it. Laws are different in every state. For NJ you can have any percentage on the rear window and back passenger windows, 30% or less tint on front passenger windows and no tint on the windshield If you are talking about price that depends on the amount and type of films you want them to use, they will give you a quote in the store
