I purchased railings for my patio. Drove 2 hours and when i returned home the parts were wrong. I tried to talk with Jessica for 3 days and she did not call me back after repeated calls. Their customer service is very poor. Price is good but service is very bad!! my son will build a deck but we won't use Great Railing.

Bought decent sized orders of railing twice. Both times I had a major problem with the order. First problem it looked like a forklift ran over the railing and they put it in a new box second problem they had level rail brackets in a stair rail box. The guy I spoke to on the phone seemed annoyed by my call. More than likely I will never purchase here again. I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
