Great business and people who care! I live in Florida and was in desperate need of a specific Yamaha engine part that was on backorder from the manufacturer. I randomly google searched for Yamaha service centers in New Jersey and came across Cecil Marine. I called and spoke with Joe (who wasn't working the day I called, but he still answered). It is just a standard push button swith often used as a starter switch. We do have the red cap that you can add to it. What is the make of the boat and motor? We have keys for many Chaparral Boats and Yamaha Outboards, Mercruiser and Volvo Sterndrives. You can text us a photo of the key and the key number to 856-629-4606
Check with your local municipality and see if their landfill will take it. Usually, the fuel and fuel tank, as well as the engine and hardware, need to be removed before they will accept it.
