I don't work for them but unfortunately I do near the family at least one of their family members I know but I don't know anything about what they do I know that they do sell firewood but as far as the tractor is concerned you may be better off going back to wherever you got the tractor from and asking them and saying what it could be that's causing that problem that it won't start and you see what that person says whoever you got it from because when I went and picked up their family member one time for their Nae program I looked at where they were living and unfortunately looks like they only sell firewood I believe but you can call there if you could find the number for them and see what they say
