You mean obtain? You can go to the state gameland website. Or google pa state gameland permit. Either a hunting permit or a range permit is needed to shoot here.

Thanks guys, I've been to French creek before, then moved away, and now you need a permit to shoot, guest having a permit to carry does not fit in for Game Land ranges
If you have a hunting license. Or a gameland permit. You can shoot. 3 rounds for semi automatic weapons only. Nothing but paper targets. Bring cardboard for back stops. And a staple gun.
Go to a private range much safer.
