No. However, the Middlesex diner, within walking distance, is well known country-wide. Good food, cheap. There is also Danny's inside.
There's only a Dunkin Donuts in the parking lot and there is a Denny's inside the Flying J. Walking east is the Middlesex Diner. At the diner you can call in and place a order. The Flying J sells pizza, chicken wings etc and some breakfast items.
Pets normally aren't allowed inside the building unless they're service animals. However that rule seems iffy since I've seen people bring a kitten in before. So, I can't answer that with a 100% guaranteed answer. My suggestion would be to keep them outside and talk to management first before walking inside the building sir. Better safe than sorry.
