There is no way to call the office, I am automatically transferred to the CS line in Austin which does not list this problem as an option, a complete run around with no answer. There is no issue w. my DL and the address is correct as it is correct on the paper copy. Can someone PLEASE give me a # where I can speak to an actual person.
Check with the DL office to see why you never received it. Could be wrong address or an issue with your license that will keep Austin from mailing it.
