Yes you have to do it all over again no matter your age or if you have your old driver liscenes same happen to me and I did both knowledge test and driving test cause they told me after two years of having it expired gotta do all over again.

I don't think you should start all over, but they will have you go through site assessment... you still know how to drive right ?!
