You guys have the rudest service staff members working north certificate desk it amazes me how someone can work for the public and have horrible service and poor attitudes it’s horrendous came in for a birth certificate for my newborn no where on the site does it say appointment only Or i would have made an appointment they only have 3 people waiting for a birth certificate which doesn’t take a long time to where i couldn’t be serviced today the worst! i dont know if it’s the pandemic or the employees are just unhappy with their lives but we as people need to do better!! GET A FRIENDLIER MORE HELPFUL STAFF

I show up in person because the online information says that they are open. However, once I get there I’m notified by a police officer that they’re closed until August 3rd, a whole month. The center needs to keep the public updated on information.
