They have the worst customer service for Spanish speakers, they are always so rude. Their job is all about customer service since it is a public service dependency. I ignore the fact if they only behave like that towards people that speak Spanish… 👎 I’ve always got a bad experience at this place.

I do not like the way the city of Garland handles things. I’m a home owner. My neighbors back yard looks like a forest, that’s not a good description cause a forest can be beautiful. This is such an eye sore. I complain to the city all the time. However I get citations for their tree limbs coming into my yard. The consequences for me not taking care of this violation is they cut my water off.

Thanks Anay, did call this morning, waiting time is not short. And they said I have to pay in full amount and will sent some one tomorrow for take a look the meter, which is I have to pay this month is $695.40 😭
They work with customers on high bills related to plumbing issues, and will issue bill credits as long as receipts/ documentation is provided. I'm not sure if pool repairs fall under that category, but call tomorrow 972-205-2671, and they should be able to tell you for sure.

A water leak, including a running toilet, shoots the bill high. Check all your faucets and toilets. When that happened to me my water bill was over $500. Save your repair bills and take them to their offices on 5th Street. Not where you pay your bill. They can make an adjustment to your highest bill.
