John was responsive and helpful from day one. We were afraid the car may be unsalvageable but he worked with us and helped us get the best possible deal with the money we had. Was also very communicative every step of the way. The towing charge was also reasonable and there weren’t a lot of additional service fees tacked on like so many others business are known to do. Hoping I don’t need another transmission and their services anytime soon but I’d definitely recommend John and the guys at the shop!
