No. There is a problem with the labeling and/or barcode. Call the Newark and Philadelphia processing centers to request assistance. Whoever you talk to get their names.
It's sadly to say that it is not an error somehow your package could have ended up back in Newark somehow it was probably miss sent and another clerk probably put it in the wrong box again it can happen but none the less you will get your package depending on where you're trying to receive it at
